FleshNote Desktop IDE (FOSS)

𐳌 1.1 // OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE LICENSING

The desktop edition of FleshNote is free and open source:

> Frontend IDE: Licensed under the MIT License. You are free to inspect, modify, and build upon the source.
> Backend (ebooklib): Complies with GNU AGPLv3 requirements for manuscript export tools.
> Dictionaries: Hunspell dictionaries adhere to their upstream licenses (MPL / LGPL / GPL).

𐳖 1.2 // DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, LOSS OF MANUSCRIPT DATA, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTIONS ARISING FROM SOFTWARE USAGE.

FleshNote Companion for Android

Official Terms of Service and End-User Agreement for the Google Play mobile client.

𐳉 2.1 // PROPRIETARY MOBILE CLIENT LICENSE

FleshNote Companion for Android is a proprietary mobile companion application distributed via the Google Play Store:

> License Grant: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FleshNote Companion on Android devices linked to your Google account.
> No GPL Dependencies: The Android application does not incorporate GPL/AGPL libraries and is licensed independently from the desktop backend.
> Google Play Billing: Any optional in-app purchases, tiers, or subscriptions are managed strictly via Google Play Billing in accordance with Google Play's Terms of Service.

𐳤 2.2 // COMPLETE AUTHOR OWNERSHIP

You retain 100% unrestricted intellectual property ownership of all creative writing, manuscripts, lore documents, and notes created or edited within FleshNote Companion.

The developer claims zero copyright, royalty, or commercial rights over user content.

𐳙 2.3 // ACCEPTABLE USE & CLOUD RELAY

When utilizing optional end-to-end encrypted multi-device synchronization, you agree not to abuse synchronization relay bandwidth, flood relays with automated denial-of-service traffic, or attempt unauthorized tampering with relay servers.

𐳦 2.4 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of local manuscript drafts, or device failure resulting from mobile app usage. Authors are encouraged to export their manuscripts regularly.
